E ' to demonstrate the effectiveness of coaching in a society that is increasingly confronted with prejudices related to diversity, the Italian Coach Federation (FIC) decided to devote the annual Coaching Week with the theme of 'European Year : Together in Diversity - The Coaching for Intercultural Dialogue .
This is a week of events , free coaching sessions , organized by the coach to FIC members throughout the country, along with partner public and private, to be held November 24 to 29 .
Coaching Week, project in 2007 was awarded first prize by the International Coach Federation (the combination of coach and most widely recognized in the world that FIC is the Italian chapter), is in fact an initiative that has a strong territorial impact and turns to anyone with an interest or curiosity to know the coaching , a method well known in the business realities, not for his personal and social implications.
The initiative, which received the patronage of the Italian representative of the European Commission, provides a full program of events with organizations, associations, institutions and companies, including Confindustria, Confartigianato, Federmanager, Chambers of Commerce, Universities, Local Authorities:

over 100 Coach and 26 rapporteurs
workshops / seminars
20 locations to experience coaching sessions
9 conferences / roundtables
